Kids engrossed in learning music

Bhopal, May 14: After an interval of one day the Bal Bhawan once again echoed with the chirping of children. They are being taught a lot in these summer vacations. Along with play, handy craft they are being given music training here.

All trainees are the girls in the classes which are being conducted from May 1. Some of them have been taking training of music for last year. They are continue to polish their singing art. Along with this some new girls of 10-12 classes have joined in these classes.

These girls are busy in music training session. Talking to these girls we found that are also learning how to play musical instruments.

After music classes they are attending other classes.

All over development is being kept in mind here so that the children would not remain behind in any stream further.

What do they say-

Nirmala Upadhyay says that she is working here since 1991 as a trainer. The children are taught classical music in the whole year and in summer vacation classes after giving them basic training they are given training of folk songs, patriotic songs etc.

Aishwarya Lakhate said that she studies in class 5th and began to come here for last year.

In summer vacation due to the holidays and leisure time we can practice a lot these days.

Though I practice daily but due to the school and tuition I remain unable to spare time for the same so summer vacation is the best time for good practice.

Mallika Mishra says that I am fond of singing since my childhood and have participated in Antakshari programme of Star Plus.

I have got several chances to perform due to the music. I enjoy a lot in singing and I desire to make my future in the same stream.

Himanshi Rawat says that it is her second year. I came to know about programme host performance and I succeeded to develop more confidence joining this class. I am also learning painting tips along with singing.

Divya Yadav says that she is taking training since last year in these classes. I have been fond of singing since beginning. I want to make my career as a singer in future. I have learnt basic of music along with playing synthesizer. I practice daily so that in future I may become a good singer.
