Jrs' colourful farewell to seniors

Bhopal, May 13: The 2007 batch students of Patel College of Science & Technology, Ratibad organised a colourful farewell function for their seniors. The function continued for about six hours. Students vied with each other in rendering best of the old hit Hindi as well as new film songs. Their soulful rendition of songs enthralled the audience.

It was an occasion of camaraderie between senior and junior students of the college. They students belied the notion that there exists a cold relation between them. Many junior students expressed sorrow that their seniors were parting from them. One of them said that seniors gave us useful tips on studies as well as helped us in solving our day-to-day problems.

The students also hailed organisation of culture function to mark the farewell. They said such functions provide stage and platform to youths to hone their cultural as well as artistic skills.

Vanaspati Smriti Shiksha Samiti President Kamleshwar Patel and Chairperson Mrs. Preeti Patel, director Dinesh Singh Patel (Indore), Harish Singh, Ajit Singh Patel (Bhopal), College Principal Dr. A R Ansari, College Technical Education chief Dr. V K Tokhi, Group CEO, Sanjeev Dubey, Dean Yogendra Rathore and all teachers were present.
