23 pilgrims injured in accident  

Indore, May 12: Around 23 pilgrims were injured on Monday when the bus they were travelling in overturned near Simrol Police Station on Indore-Khandwa road, police said. The victims belong to Nagpur and were heading for Badrinath on a pilgrimage, police said. The incident occured when the driver of the bus tried to overtake a truck, they added.

The injured persons were admitted to Indore's government Maharaja Yashwantrao (MY) Hospital, police said, adding a case has been registered in this regard and further probe is on.
