Morning walk keep one fit

Bhopal, May 9: In this modern age we are forced to change our routine according to our busy schedule. We are accustomed to sleep late at night and wake up late in the morning. Still, there are some people, who wakes up early in the morning and go for morning walk. Along with parents the children are also seen going for a walk. It is fun for them. Some children prefer to go with their friends. The Bhopal Today Team reporter visited the best place for morning walking in this City of Lakes and Hills - the VIP Road and met some children who were busy in their morning walk to know how they are enjoying in the morning.

Shivansh Pamnani a student of Class V says he wakes up daily early in the morning and goes for morning walk with friends. After that he plays cricket also. The morning walk gives him freshness and energy throughout the day. Therefore, he suggests that children should make it a habit to go for morning walk.

Priyanka Garg, student of Class VII says her parents wakes her up in the morning and take her along for morning walk. She says that the children usually sleep till late in the morning which is not good. I like walking in the morning, she said.

Surabhi Agrawal is studying in Class X. According to her, all should make morning walk a habit. This will keep you healthy. Unless you are healthy, you cannot work properly. Even doctors advise to go for morning walk. She has been going to morning walk with her friends since long.

U Rao, Brigadier has been undertaking morning walking regularly. He says that the credit of his health goes to morning walk. In this age we have to be more careful to keep away from so many diseases. If you do go for morning walk regularly, the minor diseases would disappear automatically, he advised.

Vimla Kumari, housewife is busy throughout the day at home. But 'I have included morning walk in my daily routine since last several years. I understand the morning walk helps to keeps one healthy as well as it gives us mental peace', she said. I also advise my children to wake up early in the morning and go for a walk.
