Bhopal, May 5:
A meeting of State BJP Backward Cell will be held in Vidisha on Tuesday. The meeting will be addressed by Cell president, vice president and Bhopal Municipal Corporation Council's chairperson Ram Dayal Prajapati.
Similarly, a meeting of BJP state Minorities Cell will be held at the party's headquarter on May 8. The meeting will be addressed by cell general secretary Rashid Khan and BJP's state organising general secretary Makhan Singh. The meeting will be presided by Cell president Kamalbhai.
Apna Dal meet held
Party workers and office bearers of Apna Dal, met here on Monday to draw out strategy to contest upcoming Assembly election in the State.
The meeting was attended by Apna Dal state president Suryabhan Singh, office bearers Dr DC Niranjan, PL Patel, Dr NP Kanathey, KP Kurmivanshi, Dr Gajraj Singh, Dataram Patel, RB Patel, Amritlal Patel, Santkumar Singh, Budhsen Patel, Bhaiyalal Patel, Anand Verma and several others.
BJ delegation meets Governor
A delegation of Bhartiya Janshakti on Monday met Governor Balram Jakhar and submitted him a memorandum to draw his attention towards the various problem faced by farmers of the State who are not getting right wheat procurement price in the Mandis.
The State has set a target to procure 5 lakh ton wheat, but till now Government could procure only 3 lakh ton, alleged a party press note issued here Monday.
Naidu arriving on May 9

Madhya Pradesh election in-charge and former Bharatiya Janata Party national president Venkaiah Naidu will be arriving on May 9. Naidu will attend a meeting of senior leaders in the State capital in morning. Later, Naidu will address a meeting of state party office bearers and speak with the members of various Mandals. In the evening, Naidu will attend a joint meeting of BJP leaders and others, informed a press note issued here on Monday.
