The attack was planned and was triggered to disturb communal harmony of the district, Singh alleged. He asked Chief Minister to take necessary action against the teacher Bharat Singh who on the directive of local BJP MLA attacked on senior Congress leader.

`CM responsible for chain snatching incidents'

Chief Minister himself is responsible for the chain snatching incidents that are on rise in the State capital, said Pradesh Congress Committee spokesperson J P Dhanopia.

In a statement issued here on Monday, Dhanopia alleged that police has failed to nab the gang members of motorbike riders who are behind the chain snatching incidence in Bhopal. He held Chief Minister responsible behind such attacks by saying that the rise of chain snatching incidence is due to BJP's decision to withdraw of 65 thousand cases against Shiv Sainiks, Bajrang Dal workers and people affiliated to RSS and Bharatiya Janata Party.
