Bhopal, May 4: Bollywood has been attraction for the young generation since the time cinema became a form of entertainment. The publicity and money attracts innumerable young people across the country to try their luck, but a few were lucky to get a break in the films. Others had to satisfy with some menial job in the studios or elsewhere. This sort of situation was there already, still exists and will be there until films are made. Now, apart from films, acting in serials is another attraction for the youngsters.

Divyanka and Sara are busy in channels these days. These artists have impressed the youth of the state capital. Now producers are hunting talents in small towns for their serials. The 'Saat Phere' fame director Rajan Sahi is in the city looking for the latent talents for his new serial. At the two-day audition test people from all walks of life - students, theatre artists etc participated in the programme. The Bhopal Today met some of the participants to find out more about the audition test.

Supriya, a 12th standard student says ``this is an excellent opportunity for the young talents in Bhopal. This will be a chance for exposure. Talent is there with everyone. The necessity is to get an opportunity to show it in front of others. Now let us see lady luck smiles at whom and get a chance.

Priya Choudhary is greatly impressed by Divyanka. In a short while, she has earned a lot of fame. 'It's a life time opportunity and I would not like to miss the audition test. If I get a chance, I am sure I will become a good actress', she said confidently.

Shashant, a theatre artist, who had acted in several plays on the stage, says he wishes to act in front of the camera, as acting on the stage and showing talent in front of the camera are different. This would be a best opportunity to an artist to learn something new', he added.

Prince always wanted to become an actor. He has been taking part in the plays in schools and colleges. He is a student of engineering. But, he said, I always wanted to become an artist and make a career of it.
