St Michael, Railway Cricket Academy win

Bhopal, Apr 27: The 3rd late Madhav Rao Scindia Twenty-20 Cricket Tournament is being organised under the aegis of Madhav Jyoti Sports and Cultural Organisation at Bab-e-Ali Stadium. The cricket tournament has been organising since last two years in the memory of popular political leader and former Union Minister late Madhav Rao Scindia. In the today's match, St Michael Cricket Academy and Railway Cricket Academy won the match.

The first match was played between St Michael Cricket Academy and Bhopal Cricket Academy. The captain of St Michael Cricket Academy Parvez Ullah won the toss and took first batting. The team scored 253 runs in selected 20 overs to loss 4 wickets. Parvez Ullah scored 62 runs in 25 bowls with the help of 3 boundaries and 6 sixes. Shahab Khan scored 61 runs in 32 bowls with the help of 6 boundaries and 3 sixes, Salman scored 50 runs in 19 bowls with the help of 8 boundaries and 2 sixes. Zen Ansari scored 32 runs with the help of 2 boundaries and 1 six.

In the replay, Bhopal Cricket Academy scored 156 runs in selected 20 overs to loss 7 wickets and St Michael Cricket Academy won the match by 97 runs. Shahab Khan was declared Man of the Match for all round performance. The second match was played between Railway Cricket Academy and Verma Cricket Academy (Vidisha). Railway team won the toss and took first batting. The team scored 191 runs in selected 20 overs to loss 6 wickets.

Jeevan Batham scored 69 runs in 44 bowls with the help of 12 boundaries, Gajendra Singh scored 65 runs in 40 bowls with the help of 9 boundaries and 1 six and Ranvir Singh scored 14 runs. In the replay, Verma Cricket Academy (Vidisha) scored 159 runs in selected 20 overs to loss 9 wickets. Banti Chandel scored 56 runs in 27 bowls with the help of 3 boundaries and 4 sixes, Deepak scored 38 and Satish scored 13 runs. Railway Cricket Academy won the match. Jeevan Batham was declared Man of the Match. Pramod Jain, Irfan Siddiqui distributed trophies among the Man of the Match winners respectively.
