Khandwa, Apr 26: Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Saturday had a narrow escape when the helicopter carrying her force landed in a field in this district after developing a technical fault mid-air.

Raje, after performing pooja at the Jyotirling at the famous Omkareshwar Temple, was returning by helicopter for a visit to Icchapur Temple in Burhanpur district when the incident took place, sources said.

The helicopter developed technical fault snag forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing on a field at Bhalbharan village, they said adding Raje did not suffer any injury.
