Ghazal Eve enthralls all at Bhopal haat

Bhopal, Apr 25: The sixth day at the Bhopal Carnival organised by the Madhya pradesh Tourism had song and dance presentations.The last five days have seen Quawalli,Mushaira,Kavi Sammelan,Laughter show and drawing as major events in the haat.It is said that Bhopal got art in heritage and the residents have an eye for art.The coordination of art and artist could be easily be seen at the carnival.

The sapa musical group presented hindi film songs of yesteryears which included 'Chandi jaisabadan hai tera sone jaise baal ek tu hi dhanwan hai gori baki sab kangal','jab koi baat bigad jaaye'Tariq Ansari and Swati Khare impressed all with their voice and acts. Our city mirror reporter talked to some residents of the city and tried to find out what they felt at the event.Peoples views regarding the carnival were: Neha Gupta said she was feeling very nice at the event.Ilisten to a lot of ghazals.Ilike the ghazals of Pankaj Udhas and I have heard all the tracks by Jagjit Singh .Icame here the moment I came to know about the ghazal here.

Faizan says he loves listening to ghazals.Jagjit Singh is my favourite and I have heard all his ghazals.Iam very happy that ghazal sandhya has been organised at the Bhoral Hatt.

Faiz Ansari says that the real taste of ghazals can be had only if we understand them and then hear them .This evening is really a colourfulone Ghazal hearing is a hobby.
