Construct more sulabh toilets

While planning out new colonies care should also be taken to construct public toilets at busy places like markets. The government may take some charge also from those who can give and people should voluntarily give for maintenance of these facilities. It is a tragedy of our times that we have so many buildings, markets, malls, factories coming up but no public toilets for the common people who move out to markets and the shopkeepers. Then what to talk about the jhuggi dwellers who live on government lands illegally. Whether it is legal or illegal jhuggi bastis, the administration should allot some funds for construction/maintenance of sulabh toilets in jhuggis otherwise we will see only insanitation conditions on highways as is commonly being witnessed in Nehru Nagar and on the newly constructed footpaths on Hababganj Naka highway.

The nation is spending crores of rupees on organizing cricket sports it can also allot some funds for making public latrines. Of course, the people who allow their children to defecate in the open then should be punished.
