Scope for more bribes

Move to impose extra fine on alleged traffic-offenders for their arguing against being challaned will induce even more bribery in infamous traffic-policing in Delhi where now onwards traffic-cops will be at liberty to ask even more as bribes in name of arguing with traffic cops where they themselves will be the final judges. Surprisingly such a move comes immediately after so many traffic cops have been suspended after being exposed for taking bribes in a sting-operation. Also it will be violation of human rights and freedom of expression of citizens when they resist wrong challans and harassment by traffic-cops.
