Shun irregular eating and keep fit

Bhopal Today Team

Bhopal, Apr 20: It is a universal fact that obese people do feel ashamed of observing a lean and fit body. The best alibi they produce is we have tried everything but these sheets of fats are not going to leave. There is a hell lot of difference between obesity and clumsiness. For instance if your body mass index is touching the mark of obesity and you are fit enough for exercise and workouts then you would be considered as fit along with being obese. Better don't worry about it. This is gist of talks Bhopal Today Team had with dieticians.

According to Dr Anjali Gupta, research shows that genetic codes are also responsible for obesity, and those who are rolly polly in childhood are at greater risk of being obese in later stage. It has been seen that obesity grips those that are lazy, and find every errand cumbersome. Lethargic routine and irregular eating habits leads to obesity and considered as the formidable foe of fitness.

Other category is of those who just could not tame the urge of saliva and without hunger they keep on eating.

Dr Radha Sharma said, 'All it needs to control the weight, BMI and fitness is a routine and that to a fixed one with little workout. It is found that obese people are the likely victims of depression, as they found themselves lagging behind and everyone is leading, except them only.

Watching the television with caramel popcorns is really an experience but it also invites obesity, workaholics are also at greater risk of obesity.

Watch for:

* Don't stay hungry or starve to lose fat

* Consume plenty of water

* Watch for your diet

* Go for salads

* Foremost is change your psyche.
