Give us Haj House: Arif Masood

By Our Staff Reporter

Bhopal, Apr 20: The Minority United Front Chairman, Arif Masood has demanded the state government to allot land to construct Haj House at Bhopal.

The Minority United Front has decided to demonstrate in front of the residence of the Chief Minister and court arrest on April 25. He also threatened not to come out of the jail till his demand is met.

To get support of his demand, Masood has addressed public meetings at Bagh Farat Afza and Bagh Umrao Dulha. A large number of people attended the meetings, a press note issued by the Front said on Sunday.

During his address at the meetings, Masood said that the demand has been dragging on since last eight years. He was getting false assurances from the government so far. During the last agitation, Masood claimed that chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had directed the concerned officials to allot land imediately for Haj House. But so far nothing has been done.

Masood said that during the agitation, some politicians spread rumours about our just cause.
