Bhopal, Apr 19: A bike rider today in broad day light snatched gold chain from a nurse near Tulsi Nagar and fled away. The complainant fell from her scooter during the incident.

According to TT Nagar police, Polin Filip(53), resident of F-18/17 , South TT Nagar is working as staff nurse in JP hospital. She had set out from her home to go on her duty at 2.45pm today. As soon as she reached near Malviya Nagar a bike rider came from back snatched chain from her neck and fled.

The complainant lost her control and fell on the ground.

Her husband reached the spot after receiving information and admitted her in JP hospital. Police have registered a loot case against the unknown accused.

Girl kidnapped

Jehangirabad police have registered a kidnapping case against a married youth in which a girl was kidnapped before 5 months from Jehangirabad area.

According to police, a 15-year-old girl was missing mysteriously on November 7,2007. The family members had not registered case then. Later they came to know that a youth living in the same locality luring the girl kidnapped her.

Police on the basis of report her father, Hiralal registered a kidnapping case against the youth. Police are searching the missing girl and the accused youth.
