Super Eleven Cricket begins

Bhopal, Apr 18: Madhya Pradesh Super Eleven Cricket Tournament is being organised at Jay Narain College to Technology from Friday. Vice-chancellor of Barkatullah University, Bhupal Singh inaugurated the tournament in the presence of the President of Organising Committee Ms Poonam Chauksey and Secretary of Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (LNCT) Group Anupam Chauksey. Bhupal Singh praised the efforts of the college and extended wishes to the players for better performance.

The inaugural match was played between LNCT Group and Raisen Super Eleven and LNCT Group defeated Raisen Super Eleven team by 27 runs. Another match was played between JNCT Lions and Harda District Super Eleven and JNCT Lions team defeated Harda District Super Eleven team by 43 runs. JNCT Lions team took first batting and scored 161 runs in 16 overs but the Harda team scored only 118 runs and they were all out.

The third match was played between Sagar Eleven and Hoshangabad and Hoshangabad team defeated Sagar Eleven by 7 runs. The last match was played between Vidisha and Pachaur. Vidisha Team took first batting and scored 154 runs but Pachaur team did not complete the target and Vidisha Team won the match. The secretary of Madhya Pradesh Super Eleven Cricket Association Pankaj Jain said that the next match would be played between JNCT Vs Bhopal District, Chhindwara Vs Radharaman Group of Institutes, WCL Vs Rajgarh and LNCT Vs Rajgarh.
