Whether the dishes are Indian or foreign, there is some special recipe which makes it tasty and yummy. The mixing of chilly and other condiments and the proper way of cooking make the dish special. The art of cooking tasty food was witnessed at the state capital. Several women and girls of the city learned from expert Chef Shobha Indani the recipe and the way how to cook tasty and yummy dishes of Indian and foreign varieties. They learned it during the two-day cooking course organised by the Calibre Club at Manas Bhawan. During the course the students learned about 60 types of different dishes. Bhopal Today Team talked to a few who was learning there.
Mahak Leela, 12th class student of Carmel Convent School said she learned a lot during these two days. The very first day I learnt how to prepare some selected Indian dishes. The second day, I am learning about cooking of foreign dishes. The foreign dishes include Chinese and Italian dishes and some other dishes too.
Neha Gupta is B Com student of Excellence College says 'I know how to prepare a lot of dishes. During the two-day cooking course Chef Shobha Indani taught us how to cook a lot of different and tasty dishes. Now I can say with confidence that I can now prepare Indian and foreign dishes.
Renu Gupta is a housewife. I am interested to cook very tasty dishes and I know already how to do it. I always do prepare something new at home. As soon as I am told about the course, I joined it. During these two days, I learnt how to prepare new dishes. Now I shall prepare different dishes every day to my family members.
Usha is housewife. We have several festivals round the year. If you do not know how to cook special dishes on these festivals, you will feel ashamed of yourself. I hereby thank the organisers of the course. The course helped several women and girls how to prepare different dishes. I have learnt how to prepare mocktales, sweets, Italian dishes and a lot of other dishes.
