Chef special: Kheer of carrot

Bhopal, Apr 14: This week we have brought the recipe of Gajar (carrot) ki Kheer. The delicious recipe has been prepraed cheff of Lake View Ashok Hotel, Satish Pathak.

Ingredients: Gajar 250 gm, Milk 500 ml, Mava 100 gm, Ilaichi 4 or 5, sugar to taste, Meva Samragi, as per requirement.

How to prepare: First of all crush the Gajar. After that it is cooked in milk. After some time when the water content is evaporated to some extent, mava and sugar is added to the mixture. When cooked properly, the Kheer is removed from the stove. After some time, when it is cooled, it is put in the refrigerator. After 20 minutes in the fridge, the Kheer is taken out of the fridge. The Kheer is ready to serve.
