Of late, it has been seen that youngsters are falling prey to road accidents and reckless driving by truckers. Bhopal Today Team spoke to young men on the need for observing speed norms, use of helmets and safe driving.

I think the youths are is aware of all issues pertaining to road safety. They should think that it is their own security which will be jeopardised if they do not observe traffic rules. Speed kills and hence it should be controlled.

Entry of heavy vehicles on city roads must be strictly monitored and it should be allowed only during fixed hours. While driving we should wear a helmet. After all it is our own life. Drunken driving should never be undertaken.

" It is important for us to wear helmets and drive at proper speed. Mobiles should not be used while driving. Confidence on our driving skills is good but we do not know about others driving on the road. It is here that we are caught unawares. Rash driving by others can cost us dearly. Hence we should all drive safely."
