Bhopal, Apr 11: Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Suresh Pachouri today welcomed the decision of Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court upholding 27 per cent reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBCs).

In a statement issued here, Pachouri said the decision would open up gates for higher education for poor. Expressing happiness over this decision, he expressed gratitude to Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union HRD Minister Arjun Singh.
