Youth prefer Pvt sector jobs

Bhopal Today Team

Bhopal, Apr 6: Today most of the youngsters are inclined towards management field and establishment of their own venture. Earlier they favoured only one option as their destination that was civil services but in the present time these services are losing their charisma. With the increase in reservation ratio, the chances of selection are very rare and with that increasing competition leads to scepticism. Reduction of jobs in the public sector and privatisation of existing units leads to cutback in craze of public services. There are lots of hurdles and also lack of probability to beat your own limitations. Rather there is a job security and mental relief but then also there is something, which attracts them towards private sector.

yogesh said that 'Hard work and performance is not counted in these sectors of jobs but other things are considered, if you grease the palm you, will get your dreamed position. That's why the ratio of brain drain is so high in our country said Yogesh. He further said that increasing corruption and Redtapism are the other reasons why people are loosing their faith in these services. Although he believe that in defense all qualities of an individual are very well judged and one get the full exposure and adventure in life.

While expressing her views on the same Pooja said, "we get the liberty in private sector that we can not imagine in the public sector that's the ground reality, there is a fixed duration for promotion in these services, but in other sectors on the basis of your performance you can achieve a high up positions added Pooja.

Craze for the public services is not going to die after all these are administrative posts and they are gripping position in themselves .

People are working so hard to get a post in government office. So it is not fully partial to say that people are losing faith in these services said Sheetal. Rather she believes that the public sector is falsified by corruption but then private sector is also encountering such uncertainty and the level of exploitation in private sector is more as compared to public sector, with that the felling of insecurity is very high. But only because it provides greater financial soundness we cannot call it as the best because every coin has two sides added Sheetal.
