Bhopal Today Team

Bhopal, Apr 5: Personality development is must for the students of any stream, and to accomplish the task they should develop reading habit and positive attitude towards adverse conditions also. Such was the narration of Shailesh Jain and Vithi Bhujbal at the seminar on 'Personality Grooming and Attitude Building'.

While explaining the importance of personality and attitude in this era of competition they provided some valuable tips to hone the respective skills to the students. If the students emphasis and work hard on the reading habit, accent, dressing sense then they could reach to any set target or goal. In order to make the communication more effective, students must have the knowledge of current events and happenings.

To develop attitude students should go for books promoting positive thinking like 'Satya Ki Jeet', 'Five Point of Success', and Readers Digest is a must read. Along with that they should take initiatives in extra curricular activities also.

The director of college Dr Nandkumar said that during academic sessions students do not stress hard on personality and information about the other streams. On the contrary students of professional courses are more centered towards these aspects. So in order to bridge the gap college management is organising such seminars at regular intervals.

Dhiraj, a student of BCA said that in the seminar I come to learn that how important your personality is, for reaching to the set targets.

According to Aditya, earlier he was reluctant to take initiative in any field, but slowly he developed confidence. Seminar told him about the role of personality, better communication skills and positive attitude for the desired success.

The prerequisite for attitude building is you should be a social person, says Mahendra. If we do not have a positive thinking towards people then it is natural that they would also keep thinking negative so far as your part is concerned, he added.
