Bhopal, Apr 5:
It is said that there is a woman behind every successful man. There is no different opinion on this saying. The success of a person depends on his education and his surroundings. But his family background also is very important when it comes to success.
Our personality is developed on the lines we have learnt from our family and society. In this day of busy life, we even don't get enough time to talk to ourselves. In this scenario, how can we spare time for the family members and others? The result is that the relationship between the family members is strained and often we are cut off from other members of the family and society. If we could spare time to discuss matters daily with the family members, the life becomes happier and tension free. Man is a social animal. Different activities in the society affect one's life directly or indirectly. Without the active contribution of the family and society, how can anyone become successful? Can anyone alone live his life?
If we look into the joint families where 12 to 15 members are living under one roof, we will be able to understand how they are living happily loving each other and helping each other. There may be quarrel between the family members once in a while, but this is nothing but natural. But if they don't patch up immediately, their relationship will be strained and it may lead to serious differences among the family members. Here, mutual understanding and mutual help do help greatly.
We have looked into the family relationship from close angle of those who have lived with their family and became successful.
Mr. Jaideep Prasad, SP, Bhopal
'My family members were always with me. Just because of this, I am what I am now. Every member of the family has his/her importance and necessity too. No one can replace them. I have grown up in a joint family. We should treat all family members equally and give them the love and respect they deserve. If necessary, we should seek their advice too. We can move ahead only with the cooperation and help of others. Often I put forward my problem to the family members and I get proper advice in such matters.'
Mr. Anurag Jain, Chief Secretary, CM's Office
'The family members are your strength. You cannot become successful without them. With the cooperation of my parents and wife, I have worked in my office upto 16 hours.
'If you get moral support at home, you will be able to focus your attention more on your job. Due to this, your self confidence increases and therefore you become more successful in life. I encourage my family members to go ahead and I respect and love them too.'
Dr. Kamlakar Singh, Vice Chancellor, Bhoj Open University, Bhopal
'Man is incomplete without family and society. When a person becomes successful, there should be somebody to share it. Every member in the family is very important'.
Mrs. Rita Verma, Managing Director, Hotel Saral
'It is important that there should be family and family members. Being a woman, I have great responsibilities towards the family. It is not easy to control a business and the family at the same time. I am success because the family members cooperate with me. If you love and respect every member of the family, the life will be happy. We should give proper guidance to our children.
Getting the love and confidence of the family members itself is no mean achievement. For this, we should be with them all time. A few words at proper time makes great effect on the mind of family members.
