Out society is fast changing in comparison to oldern times. Everyone seems to have developed a desire to touch the sky. In such circumstances, youths of our country are also not lagging behind in this race for future building. Social changes affect children and youth most. Therefore, students of shools and colleges are passing through the period of transformation. They are also enthusiastic to do something big in their lives. Big industrial houses of India as well as multinational companies are wooing educated as well as students with huge pay packages. Inforation technology, marketing, health, fashion and entertainment are some of the lucratives professions which are luring the young generation. Our country's youths are adopting throughly professional and career-oriented attitude and they have the will and energy to attain their goals.
Thespian Amitabh Bachchan had said in a TV interview recently that today's youths seem to be quite serious about time management. Time means a lot in professional life. Mismanagement of time might lead even to losses worth crores of rupees sometimes.
Youths who are gripped by fears about their future are turning to professional courses since there is vast scope and lots of opportunities after completing job-oriented courses. Not only this, but there are other lucrative perks and facilities attached to such jobs. Bhopal Today Team
had talks with some ambitious and career-conscious students and experts in this field to know their views.

It is appreciable that youths of today are more career-conscious. They want to do something for their country also apart from personal glory. In this context, Motilal College had called 11 big companies for campus placement recently which included Tata, Genpact, Global-3, MSCG, Apex Laboratories and WIPRO. Many students got job through this campus placement.

Look, better options are available to youths these days and of course they are availing these opportunity with both the hands. There is no dearth of chances and opportunities in the field of science. Youths are capturing high posts in NGOs and social organisations. Meanwhile, biotechnology sector has also opened newer vistas for youths. I mean to say that youths are capable for future building provided they work hard with dedication.

Rahul Baghel is making preparations for PMT at Tripti Agrawal Classes. He said that he has always been career-conscious. He said that these days we can build a better future through professional courses and realise our dreams.
Mechanical engineering student of Oriental College, Abhay Singh said, 'I had taken the help of career counsellor for building future. He helped me choose a career of my choice and ability. I have made preparations to appear at PET and am going to become an engineer in near future. He said that he liked this option most for a profession. Most of the bright students are going on for professional and technical courses, he added.
Jyoti Dongre, student of BSc last year in Government Motilal Vigyan Mahavidyalay, Bhopal said, 'I never delayed in choosing my future course of action. Accordingly, I lost no time in selecting my career option. A slight delay means that fall back and thousands of students outpace you in the race for career. I have decided to seek career in chemistry. Though I like industry sector more, but cannot do so due to some constraints. After passing MSc, I would like to become a teacher, she added.
Deepika Khare, a student of Government Motilal Vigyan Mahavidyalay, Bhopal, said that she liked learning and writing right since her childhood. She said she said that she became career-conscious ever since she joined college. She wants to become a lecturer after completing her studies. However, she is making preparations to appear in CAT and other competitive exams also.
