Bhopal, Apr 2: The compact and stylish bag or purse has always been the sweet darling of women especially for young girls and party lovers. Equally, they spend good sum of money to buy the special one, of course of matching colours as well. But do these charming ladies care for the maintenance of their sweet darling. It has been found that due to lack of proper polishing the costly purse losses its glow and shine soon. If some makeup is done on it then it could be the shining possession for years.

Swati says that I take the lunch box in my purse to office everyday, but the vegetable oil drops out from the lunch box, which leaves oily stains on the purse. She added that it becomes gruesome task to brush off the oily stains from the purse. Due to this I have changed several purses.

Priya Mishra said that I have to keep pen in my purse and most of the times ink leaks out from the pen, which staining other stuffs kept in purse.

Ruchita Khandelwal said that we have to keep our notes in purse and every now and then open the zip to put the materials out and in. As a result the zip stops functioning due to excessive use.

Dipti Kushwah said that if it is of cloth then the colour fades away very easily after one or two washes. So I keep leather purse, but after some time the lustre also goes away gradually.

TIPS FOR MAINTENANCE

* Clean the purse once in a week with a piece of wet cloth.

* Avoid stuffing unnecessary things in the purse.

* Always keep lunch box in polythene bag before putting it in your purse.

* Do not hang the loaded purse on hanger.

* If it is a leather one then protect it from water.

* Be very careful while using the purse.

* Keep a separate box inside the purse if using ink pen.
