Probable corporate selection criteria 

1. ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS Good CGPA with desired previous percentage cutoff for e.g. 60% or above in Graduation, XIIth, Xth etc. (This is likely to contribute no more than 30% of the selection decision) 2. COMMUNICATION SKILLS (Non-Verbal & Verbal) The candidate has strong communication skills. The candidate is fluent in English preferably or able to deliver fluently in whatever the language agreed between the student and the employer. The candidate has made good use of body language to support his or her communication in the chosen language. The candidate has follow through the discussion logically with a great deal of relevance in the context of discussion subject on Interviews, in groups or about Resume/CVs. (This is likely to contribute no more than 45% of the selection decision) 3. PRESENTATION SKILLS The candidate has groomed himself / herself adequately and professionally for GDs & Interviews. (This is likely to contribute no more than 25% of the selection decision)
