The owner said that the construction is made on 4200 sq ft and it was built two years ago. The architectural creativity has left its mark at every corner of the building and has been utilised to extreme level.

It also reflects the spirituality and urge of devotion as about whole house reminds the presence of God. The special corner of the house is being given shape of pyramid for almighty. The attractive portrait of terracotta, which shows the grace presence of Lord Ganesha, Goddess Laxmi and Sun God created by famous artist Kawalkar has been placed inside the living room. While the land lady herself loves to decorate the house according to her style and she has done great job to make the concrete structure into a dream home.

The furniture has been specially brought from Delhi and glass table reflects the memory of Italy. A statue placed at one corner would take you to Malaysia. On the issue of Vastu, they said that everything has been designed according to Vastu. The home is in housed with a swimming pool on the top of building.
