Team formed to probe Kareela incident

Bhopal, Mar 31: A two-member observer team has been constituted by the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee to probe into the stampede that occurred during a fair on Rangpanchami at a temple in Kareela village, 22 km from Ashok Nagar district.

MPCC President Suresh Pachouri said today that Jagdish Yadav and Avnish Bhargav have been appointed as executive members of the team. They had been directed to submit the report after monitoring the incident spot.

Ten people were killed and six injured in the incident on March 26.
