Bhopal, Mar 28: Center for Entrepreneurship Development Madhya Pradesh CEDMAP organised a workshop for Schedule Casts and Schedule Tribes youths to inform them about various self-employment polices here at its campus the other day.

In this workshop SC & ST youths are informed detail about the Ranidurgawati Employment Scheme run by Directorate, Industries Madhya Pradesh Govt.

While addressing to the meeting CEDMAP Executive Director Jitendra Tiwari encouraged youth to come forward to take benefit of this scheme and gave various details of the scheme. Experts from various fields were invited to acquaint youth with various schemes run by various departments, various training facilities, bank loan process etc.

CEDMAP District Coordinator Neeta Pant said that Ranidurgawati Employment Scheme formed to help SC & ST youths to start a business. Any person who has permanent certificate of SC or ST and between the age group of 18 to 40 years is eligible of this scheme.

Premnarayan Patoniya who hails from Mandideep said that this workshop proved very helpful for him. He got detail information of loan process here. Several times he had applied for the bank loan to expand his business but all efforts proved fruitless, as he didn't have through knowledge of it. He decided aging to apply for bank loan in proper procedure. Youths, Government officers of various departments, NGO representative of Bhopal, Sehore, Vidisha and Raisen districts were present for this workshop.
