CHEF SPECIAL: Chili-Chicken

Bhopal, March 24:

Ingredients : Chicken stalk 1/4 lit., Capsicum 4 numbers, Mushrooms 3-4 numbers, Carrots- 2 nos., Cabbage 75 gms., Pea - 75 gms., Paneer - 75 gms., Vinegar 75 gms., Chili sauce 15 gms., Corn flour 15-20 gms., Egg 1 no., Salt 5-6 gms., Black pepper powder 3-4 gms.

Method : Boil chicken stalk in a pan, after it mix fine chopped capsicum, mushroom, carrots, cabbage, and pea seeds in it. After 3-4 minutes stir the solution by putting vinegar, chilly sauce and soya sauce. Make a separate solution of corn flour and mix it too in solution. So that it could be thick. When the whole solution becomes some thick then mix one egg in it and stir the mixture slowly. After 5 minutes as it boils, take down the pan and serve it immidiately.
