Habibganj underbridge
& Naka traffic hazard |
| No Bhopalite would have ever thought that the Habibganj underbridge will be used to this extent, may I say exploited to this extent. The meek users - drivers of two and four wheelers need to be patted for the maneuvering skills they display while gliding through this bridge. The sight is appalling. Probably a year back, there was a proposal to construct a flyover to take care of the traffic jam at Railway Crossing at Habibganj Naka and the underbridge. Entire master plan should take care of this requirement too. Even the rotary at the exit of the underbridge is a traffic hazard. Residents of Shalimar, Paras City and Nupur Kunj have to negotiate this rotary. I earnestly wish to appeal to the concerned authorities to take care of the area and make a gift of flyover which will ease the traffic congestion and will minimize accidents.
