Follow your religion with devotion

Religion means belief in, worship of or obedience of the superpower or powers considered to be divine or have control of human destiny. There is only and only one supernatural power who is omnipotent to all beings. Various great religions and the great sages, monks, hermits, ascetics rishis, munis and sadhus have tried their best to comprehend the form and function of God. God being supernatural power and man being helpless and weak, cannot understand and realize the presence of God. Various religions and their holy scriptures help men to realize God.

All the big religions of the world were born in Arabia, Palestine, Iran, India and China. These countries are in Asia. Due to different geographical situations, languages, food habits and lifestyles, great religions look different externally but the core and fundamentals of these languages are peace, non-violence, truth, honesty, love and compassion only.

In fact, all religions are different paths which lead to the Almighty God. Religions are simply the means which help us to attain God. All are free to follow any religion, follow any holy scripture or follow any great religious holy man.

Human beings had suffered indescribably in the hands of the religious fanatics. Murder, loot, arson, carnage and mayhem are not the part or parcel of any religion. All religions preach love and compassion.

Poet Colridge rightly says:

`He prayeth best who loveth best.

All things both great and small.

Everybody should follow his religion with full devotion, obedience and faith in God, side by side he should respect the religious sentiments of other fellow men. In other words, everybody must have secular-mindset and have balanced views on religions.
