Bhopal, Mar 17:
Long back, we had joint family system in which all members of family lived together. All were near and dear to each other and shared day-to-day happenings, problems, joy and sorrow with other members of family. Everyone of them had enough time to give heed for others, problems, consolation and give him measurable helps.
In the marathon of career, promotion, progress and money, we have come to such a pass that though we possess most of the materialistic things of the world but a unable to give a short period of time for our near and dear ones.
Bhopal Today Team discussed with working women how they
spare time for their sons and daughters.
I think, days have changed rapidly. In these days no one has enough time to spend few moments with those who are near-to-heart and share our joy and sorrow. Even to share few moments with our sons is very difficult. On one hand, they are busy in their school, homework and examination and on the other I am busy with my work schedule of office as well as home. This is the routine throughout the week that if they have leisure time, I don't have leave from office. So it is only Sunday when every one of the family gets time to spend some time together.

However tight my schedule may be, but I give some time to my child because he starts to learn in the four wall of house under our guidance. Throughout the week I have lot of assignments to submit so whenever I get time I spend it with my child especially on Sunday.

Nowadays family members are dispersed in all directions. Only on the occasion of festivals all of us come together. On such occasions we go on an outing.

Change is changeless rule of nature. Previously, working field for women was limited only within the four walls of the house. Nowadays everything has changed. Besides the household work, a woman has to work in office also. In such a situation giving time to child is very difficult. Yet we have to do it, as it is our prime duty to guide our children.
