Bhopal, Mar 16: It is said that there is no particular time period for learning; it requires only dedication and interest in what are we doing. Student life is meant for education only. This education becomes asset of individual in future life.

Nowadays students are going away for the higher education. In such cases they live in hostel and learn lots of things, which they could not learn in the comfort of home. Bhopal Today Team discussed with the hostel students about their experiences in the hostel world.

Pawan said, 'I have to adjust with the limited material and resources. It made me to reduce my luxurious habits. Here I am bound to the rules and regulations of hostel. It helped me to become responsible and disciplined.

Amit said, 'Initially I felt alienated here, but then my friend circle increased. I have taken a room on rent, in which four partners are living together. We share whatever we have with other roommates. In case any body is in need of money, we help each other without a second thought. Besides, we also help each other in study material, examination tips etc. We all behave like family members and help each other.

Vishvabharat is very enthusiastic about his hostel life. He said that two things rapidly changed in his career. First, his ability to take decision has developed and another is feeling of unity is roused among his roommates.

Abhijeet said that he learnt importance of helping each other. We help each other in study and financial and educational matters too. Whenever any of us misses his family then we make some pastime amusement to let him feel better.
