Society's development hinges on unity

Bhopal Today Team

Bhopal, Mar 16: Social harmony is very important for society's development and for progressive society there should be unity among its members. Unity is the soul of the society. The creation of a strong society is possible only when people are aware of the importance of education so that the coming generation should become cultured and educated. If society consists of uneducated persons then it would severely affect the coming generations and as a result, it would lead to a weak society. So, it is very important that there should be propagation and promotion of education in the society so as to ensure its growth and development.

It was the occasion of release of annual magazine 'Setu' at Chitransh College at which we tried to know from some social workers about the relevance and efficacy of the magazine in the development of the society.

Girish Nair, Vice President, Bhopal Youth Environment Education and Social Agency says, 'This magazine will motivate its readers along with their personality development It will create zeal in them for social work. I am connected to an NGO and work to make youths aware about education. This magazine comprises articles of the students, poems, ideas of teachers etc. which would give a new message to the young generation'.

'I would like to tell young generation that they must read such magazines related to society which are good for the development of their intelligence and making them aware about social progress. I am very happy that Chitransh College is releasing this magazine today. This would inspire the youths towards social service', says Dr Padam Singh, a scientist.

Ashwini Shrivastava who is the chairman of the governing body of Chitransh College says, 'I would like to say that this magazine 'Setu' would motivate every society member to work as a bridge in the development of the society. It would make them dutiful and contribute in social work'. .
