Personal Thought: Tough for female entrepreneurs

At the very outset, let me reason why any female member prefers to accept entrepreneurship. One fact is she is ambitious to become an earning member as she is educated and employable. She feels confident to balance working with her lifestyle say, she is married, she also confirms her husband's cooperation with her in every respect specially in her domestic rigours of life to maintain family requirements, of family members' health and education as well as her husband's earning life. What are her economic and social obligations? She is fully aware of all consequences. Now, let me examine the flip side. Since long past it is a practice followed that wife cooks and her husband brings home income to sustain life of family.

Cooking includes all welfare of family members such as washing or cleaning household to care for health as continuous undertaking. A balanced nutritious food to be cooked calls for gathering of all ingredients at that cost, the family would afford, while her partner manages economic considerations, whether he is a farmer, or any profession for one's source of income. Manu gave life's purpose and propounded that woman cannot enjoy freedom of life since her parents care her childhood, on marriage her husband and old age her grown up children. Thus a man arranges her security throughout her life. As said above an entrepreneur female enters in an open domain as an equal to a male member, of course, she is cared for but not that full time on Manu's dictum. Does she need security.

If so our social society should provide. As often flashed in newspapers, women's safety is at stake, specially in towns where female entrepreneurs abound. Whenever work- places differ, again difficulties arise. Any female chooses a career, if she must, she has to give a higher degree of consideration to her security since the society is yet not that mature and considerate to see safety as priority for women entrepreneurs. Which comes first? security or economic considerations, it is for any individual also and to her background society to take adequate steps provided the safety set-up is turned efficient. I leave here, for those females to take professions available. The fact remains "a woman rules the world through men"
