BSNL felicitates Ajitesh Argal

Bhopal, Mar 13: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) felicitated the Hero of Under-19 World Cup Ajitesh Argal at a grand function. Chief General Manager of BSNL RKP Hinduja congratulated Ajitesh for the achievement. Coach Suresh Chainani was also felicitated. On the occasion, captain of Madhya Pradesh Ranji Cup Brajesh Tomar, General Manager (Administration) BSNL Prabhash Singh, GM (Marketing) Sanjeev Agrawal and other senior officials were also present and congratulated Ajitesh Argal.

Prize distributed to players, others

The students of Saraswati Vidya Mandir Higher Secondary Residential School, Sharda Vihar were felicitated and given prizes for putting up excellent performance for the academic session 2007-08 at a grand function. The Talent Prize Distribution Ceremony was organised at the premises of the school, Kerwa Dam Road.

Around 18 players were felicitated who took part in the Open National Sports Meet, which was organised by Vidya Bharati.

Around 31 players were also felicitated who represented in All India Sports Meet at Central Zone (Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh). Apart from this, 32 players were felicitated, who took part in the National Inter School Sports Championship, they were also given citation letter and mementos. Under the competition of Intellectual Competitions, Science Model Competition, Science Magazine, Science Essay (uses of natural resources), Excellent Acting, Excellent Dance (for annual day celebration) Handicraft, Cultural Knowledge Examination, Maximum Attendance and the students, who secured first position in the class were felicitated and distributed prizes. During programme, 108 students were distributed prizes and citation letter.

Name of the best students and the best players was declared. Narendra Tomar, student of standard VIII was declared the best player and Jayvardhan Singh Sendhav, student of standard X, Ajit Raghuvanshi, student of standard VIII, Satyam Paliwal, student of standard XII were declared the best students of the academic session. Students shared their experience of school life with each other. The students performed attractive dances on the melodious songs.

Roshanlal Saxena administered oath of establishment for the ideal society to all the students and extended wishes for their bright future. Dr Govind Sharma suggested them that talent does not servant any kind of prize. The president of Sharda Vihar Public Welfare Society Dr Madhav Hari Hanhere and Principal of the school Manoj Gupta and large number of staff members, students and eminent personalities were also present. Manager of the school Vilas Balkrishan Gole expressed gratitude to all and mass Vandemataram song was sung.
