Court slams CBI: '84 riots

Nearly three months after it directed the CBI to re-investigate the alleged role of Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, a city court today slammed the probe agency for its failure to submit a status report on the probe.
 
Sabharwal murder case transferred to Nagpur

The Supreme Court today transferred the trial of Professor HS Sabharwal murder case from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh to Nagpur in Maharashtra.
