Bhopal, Mar 5: A grand function would be organised under the aegis of Arera Cricket Academy at Old Campion Ground, Arera Colony in welcome of Ajitesh Argal of Under 19 Team India. The secretary of District Cricket Association Dr SM Khan, vice president Aruneshwar Singh Dev and coach Suresh Chainani informed regarding this matter.

According to information, Junior and Senior teams would be welcomed and grand function would be organised in Mumbai on Thursday. Board for Cricket Control in India (BCCI) would welcome the junior and senior teams at the grand function. The Chief Minister of Maharashtra Vilasrao Deshmukh will be the chief guest, Chairman of BCCI and Union Minister for Agriculture Department Sharad Pawar and eminent personalities, Film Stars will be present on this occasion. After the players would return their homes. Ajitesh will be arriving in the city between 2/3 days.

Sahir in U-18 Indian hockey team

Bhopal, Mar 5: Sahir Siddiqui, a regular hockey player of training centre of Sports Authority of India has been selected for Under-18 Indian Hockey Team which is going to play practice match with Under-21 Indian Hockey Team at Gwalior. Presently, he is undergoing training at Gurgaon.

The Director Incharge of SAI, A.K. Sharma, Administrative Officer Muktiar Singh, Coach Jaiveer Singh, Surendra Pal along with hockey players have expressed happiness and congratulated Sahir on this achievement. Y.S. Chauhan is the Coach of Sahir.
