| The
advertisement issued by UP Government on Union Budget is a criminal
waste of public money. The full page colour 'ad' published in
national and state dailies would have surely cost a minimum
of Rupees one crore. |
| Impact
of budget |
The
common man is euphoric that the FM has doled out a bag of "sops
and benefits". One must however remember that this timing
is opportunistic and the UPA Government has done it with the
elections in mind.
