Bhopal, Mar 4: Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ajay Shrivastava's court today in the matter of Keshav Sharma has given responsibility to DIG Bhopal to investigate against CSP, Dharmveer Singh Yadav.

It is noticeable that last year three police personnel had lifted an advocate, Keshav Sharma from Habibganj are.

He had also gone to registered case at Habibganj police station but police did not register report and sent him back.

Keshav Sharma with a view to lodge report against police and CSP, Dharmveer Singh Yadav had filed a petition in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ajay Shrivastava. The complainant had registered his statement there.

The court taking the matter seriously has given the responsibility to DIG, Bhopal to investigate the matter against CSP. Court has directed the DIG to produce investigation report in the court in next hearing.
