Long saga of losing weight

Bhopal, Mar 3: As soon as some one publicly comments on our increasing weight, next day in the fit of anger we start hard exercise and live without food. It goes on for a couple of the day then heavy exercise cause body pain and low intake of food cause weakness and mission weight lose end in smoke. As this way our plan to lose weight becomes only a resolution on the last page of diary, said Dr Ohori.

Trainer

Implementation of unscientific and illogical experiments to lose the weight may case harm to the body, so proper guidance of trainer is imperatively need. Under proper guidance make action plan how much amount of weight have to reduce? Till what date? In case one feel pain or uncomfortable during particular exercise put to the notice of trainer immediately.

Balanced diet

Normally we have misconception regarding balance diet, to have very small amount of food. Well, balanced diet means to have enough of calories as per the need of the body. It is good to have a plate of salad before meal, green vegetable, fruit juice in morning or evening, instead of reduction of 20 per cent of chapaties of regular diet. Diet is depends upon the nature of work. For an active worker need 2700 to 3000 units of calories, normal worker need 2000 to 2500 units of calories and office (sitting) worker need 1500 to 2000 unit of calories.

Exercise

After the diet next step is exercise, to reduce weight. Morning walk, jogging and ground exercise brings desired result. Besides, swimming is also good exercise to reduce the weight. Now days are becoming hotter day by day so swimming can prove to kill two birds in one stone, it will give amusement in hot summer and reduce weight.

Change life style

In case you are having a single dish of oily food, dessert or pizza may cause all the rejuvenation effort will standstill. Increase liquid and boiled diet. Besides, reduce the hours of sleep and try to avoid nap.

No pain, no gain

To reduce weight is not as easy as we pronounce it. It requires strong will power, persistence, hard work and determination. One can not reduce weight over night, it require a period of more than 6 month to year. Don't give up before to start.
