Jogi acquitted in Jaggi murder case

Raipur, Mar 1: A Sessions Court on Saturday acquitted former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister and Congress leader Ajit Jogi in the murder case of NCP Treasurer Ram Avatar Jaggi.

There was no sufficient ground to charge Jogi under IPC Sections 302 (murder) and 120-B (conspiracy) in the 2003 case, Additional District and Sessions Judge B L Tidke said in Raipur.
