Bhopal, Mar 1: A factory visit was organised with a purpose to make the students of Technocrat Institute of Technology Anand Nagar know about factory production and its management.

This visit programme was conducted for the students of MBA second semester so that they should know about the intricacies of factory production, management and work related aspects. The programme proved beneficial for the students as they got a chance to solve their queries.

During this, they visited Nahar Spinning Mills and other factories. The personnel of HR Department of the concerned factories provided valuable information to the students on factory production. Students too, posed questions before them and were given suitable answers. These students discussed on topics like Human Resource Management, Quality Control, Production Process and other issues related to management. They were enlightened and provided proper information by the concerned officers of the institutes.
