Fitness is must to keep hit

Bhopal Feb 29: It is said, a healthy body keeps a healthy mind, so to keep fit people do all kind of efforts. Somebody likes to go gym, while some use to perform yoga. Someone takes care for the diet, while somebody keeps maintaining fitness through sports. The importance of fitness was always there. In early days there was no need of exercise, body was in good movement all the day due to lack of facilities. But in present scenario a new office culture has developed, now a man works here by his mind not by body. In this situation it has been a challenge to keep totally fit. Bhopal Today Team did a survey of city people and asked what is the importance of keeping fit for them and what are they doing to keep fit themselves? Some of excerpts of the survey are here as under.

Chaturesh says 'It is needful to keep fit yourself even in routine work. I believe that morning walk is the best exercise for fitness. So I use to go regularly for a walk in morning. It makes me not only fresh all the day but keeps healthy by mind and body. Neelam says ' Some people believe that to make muscle is a kind of keeping fit, while fitness means to be fresh by bodily and mentally. It maintains energy in our daily routine works. I prefer to perform yoga regularly, because one can keep him fit by performing 'Pranayaam' and 'Yogasan'. Beside it to go on morning walk is my routine.' Vijay says ' To keep fit myself I use to take fruit juices and perform exercise.

If fitness is there it can be observed, it also improves our confidence level high. The main reason of stress these days is to work only by mind not by body but by exercising mental efficiency improves. I believe that for everybody exercise is must.' Ankur says ' To keep fit yourself, it is not compulsory to go gym or somewhere else to perform any kind of exercise or yoga is enough.' To keep myself fit I do exercise regularly. By doing so fitness does not looks externally but internally it improves your working efficiency.' Earlier I was not fond of exercise, but my playing and running had made me fit, but due to constant study nowadays it require a long sitting, so I do yoga nowadays to keep me fit.
