Bhopal, Feb 29: Social organisation Yogdan organised an Awareness programme on the protection of girl child at Raja Nagar, here on Friday.

President of the organisation Uday Gare has given detail information on decreasing the sex ration and its bad effect on society. He said that every girl has equal rights and well caring of female infant is the duty of her mother as well of each family member. Ms Monika Singh has condemned the prevalent practices of female foeticide. She has given information regarding the girls' protection act (PNDT) and its provisions. Mahesh Kumar, Dr GP Soni and group of community was present on the occasion.
