Indore, Feb 22: Babulal Jain, chairman, State General Category Poor Class Commission here said that the state government was committed towards the welfare of every section in the society and it was because of this reason that the government had recently constituted country's first State General Category Poor Class Welfare Commission.

Talking about the activities of the Commission, he said the Commission will formulate policies keeping view the welfare of the poor general class category people. In this regard, a meeting was organized here at the Residency Kothi, which among others was attended by the district collector, Vivek Agrawal, Anil Bhandari, Pratik Shrivastav, Dr Jayantilal Bhandari, Prof N K Malani, Pankaj Trivedi among others.
