Calculations of pension accounts of Heavy Electricals employees are found not in order.
Heavy Electrical Workers Union President & Union Affairs Samiti BMS member Dhaniram Kaushik and General Secretary Tulsi Das Bairagi, duo said in an official press statement that pension accounts of the Heavy Electricals employees are found not in order and management department of the organisation is responsible for it.
Dhaneeram said that government employees are authorized to get pension by Employees Provident Fund of Government of India after the age of 58 years old. The amount of Past Service Benefit (PSB) is added in the pension amount.
Family Pension was formed in the PSB form 1971 to 1995, in which 1.3 per cent of amount salary was deducted from employee's account and added in it. BHEL Account Dept and Provident Fund Dept deducted the amount but whereas this amount was not added in concern amount.
General secretary Tulsi Das Bairagi said that from the last four months they are discussing this matter with Finance Dept yet did not get any satisfied answer so the employees are angry in this regard.
President Dhaneeram Kaushik, General Secretary Tulsi Das Bairagi and Treasurer Sanjay Kumar Nimaje, jointly urged the Executive Director to look in to the matter and bring satisfactory conclusions on it.
