Kapil alleges ill-treatment to ICL players  

New Delhi, Feb 13:
Former cricketer Kapil Dev, now the director of the Indian Cricket League, on Tuesday filed an affidavit in the Delhi High Court claiming that ill-treatment was being meted out by BCCI to players who have joined rebel ICL.
