Ideal source of nutrition

Bhopal, Feb 11: Every alternate day morning I take breakfast of either omelet or boiled eggs. It gives me lot of energy for the daily routine work. It helps me to keep me physically fit, said Rohit.

Egg is considered as ideal source of nutrition. It helps to improve the control of body weight. Egg is rich source of protein so breakfast containing eggs is every much beneficial for the health. The lasting energy from protein can help keep one feeling fuller, longer.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A healthy breakfast will give our body what it needs to start the day off right. A nutritious and balanced breakfast should include a good source of protein, like eggs. Protein helps you control the rate at which food energy is absorbed and therefore provides lasting energy that stays with you longer.

Prashant Sharma, student said that my daily schedule from morning to evening is rigid I am not sure wheather I will get proper lunch due to lectures, practicals and inconvenience to mummy. So I take heavy breakfast of either omelet or boiled eggs in the morning.

Eklesh Parmar said that he daily take a egg or two in the breakfast. He added that till date no new of bird flew has been in the light in city as well as in the state, I am fearless and have regular eggs as it is helpful for the health.

What expert says

Dr Lalit Shrivastava said that still at present no any case has in the light about the bird flue in the city. He added that when you wake up, your body is low on energy because it never stops working, even while you're sleeping - pumping your heart, breathing and helping you rejuvenates for the next day. So in the morning one need heavy breakfast consist rich protein like eggs.
